We design anti-oppression learning journeys for organisations who know that one-off training doesn't create lasting change.
Our work is practical, reflective, and deeply rooted in lived experience. We partner with those who are ready to do equity and inclusion work differently, slowly, strategically, and with integrity.

What We Offer

Multi-Session Learning Journeys

Not one-off training days where nothing sticks. We design learning programmes where you build genuine capacity over time - typically 3-6 sessions spaced across weeks or months so folks can try things out, notice what happens and bring that learning back.

Sessions are usually 90 minutes or half-days. Why? Because we know shorter formats work better for everyone - sessions where people stay engaged rather than leave exhausted.

Reflective Practice Spaces

Sometimes teams need help navigating tension or working through sticky issues. We hold reflective spaces where you can think together about what's happening, why it's happening and what needs to shift - without rushing to neat solutions that don't address the actual problem.

Bespoke Design

We don't do off-the-shelf training. Every programme is designed around your context, your team and what you're actually trying to do. We'll have a conversation about where you're at, what's not working and where you want to get to - then build something that fits.
